*Cancellations are accepted with a full refund of prepaid funds up to 72 hours prior to the reservation time. In event that Saratoga Race Course is not open, due to weather or any other circumstance, Hudson Yards Sports & Entertainment LLC will honor the reservation at the request of the guest. If the guest choses to not move forward with the reservation a full refund of any prepaid funds will be issued.
